Why you should become a member
The Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI) is Corner Brook’s hub of creativity and entrepreneurship, applied research, community engagement, and learning, where energy, ideas and technology collide. Our goal is to reinvigorate our region by fostering a culture of innovation. But that culture cannot grow and take root without the passion and participation of its community members. By joining the CRI Community, you become a part of this initiative and directly support the programming, events, and developments at the CRI.
We strive to provide the best value to all members through our flexible membership terms. Details of each membership tier are outlined below.
Three Tiers — One Community

The General Membership is the standard membership tier for access to the CRI and is designed for community members who are not currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and who are using the CRI for personal projects.
Annual Membership: $25/month or $300/year
Daily and monthly rates also available for drop-in sessions

The Student Membership is a general membership designed for students who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program within Newfoundland and who are using the CRI for personal projects.
Free for CNA and MUN students

The Business Membership is a specialized membership tier for business support at the CRI. Please contact CRI staff to learn more about how the CRI’s facilities and programming can support your business, no matter what stage of growth you are at! Our Business Membership is designed to be as flexible as possible to serve your changing business needs.
