About
Do you love working with wood or are you eager to learn how to start? The Western Newfoundland Woodworkers Guild is the perfect place to grow your skills and connect with a like-minded community. We meet the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00-9:30pm at the Centre for Research and Innovation woodshop, and you’re invited!
Each gathering features live demonstrations, hands-on skill sharing, and a chance to connect with fellow woodworkers of all experience levels — from curious beginners to master carpenters. We encourage you to bring along a project for show and tell, which can be a work-in-progress or a proud finished piece. If you have a cool tool and you want to share, bring it in for tool talk!
All disciplines of woodworkers are welcome — come learn, share, be inspired and see what we’re building. We’d love to meet you!
Our first gathering will take place on Tuesday, June 10 at 7:00. We are located at 3 Mill Road. For information, please email us at mery.perez@cricornerbrook.ca
